Hey there!

 This week has gone by quick! 

 Friday, October 5th, and Monday, October 8th, I will not be in class. My cousin's getting married in Texas so I get to be with my family for the weekend. Hooray! But I will miss you all! 
Check below to see reminders for the weekend and info about next week. 

 Pre-Algebra:
Since I won't be here on Friday or Monday, the following work will need to be done.

Work for Friday is: ODD numbers on pg. 92-93. 
Work for Monday as Mrs. Bleigh will direct you: EVEN numbers on pg. 92-93
Any questions left unanswered will be marked as wrong. 
When I am back in class on Tuesday, we will go over lesson 42 and then end up taking a quiz on Wednesday. 

WV History:
Friday: You all should have your assignments that I gave you. It should not take a whole class time but do the assignments and use the rest as a study hall.
Weekend: You all will need to finish up to the end of page four on the guided reading of chapter 5. If you need the book on file, check with a friend about getting it somehow. You all should have it on a flashdrive.
Monday: Mrs. Bleigh will be subbing. I have a special thing planned for you all. I hope you have fun with it. Also, first thing in class, everyone but Lillie and Bryson will need to take their county quiz. The five counties are Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Dodridge, and Fayette. Please be sure you know the correct spelling, their location on the map, and their county seat.

Algebra 1:
Friday: There are assignments on my door. I'd like you all to read through lesson 2.2 in your textbook and then attempt to answer the blue box questions for that lesson. Do your best and if possible, work with a friend to help each other understand it.

Bible 7 & 8:

Memory verse quiz will be on Tuesday. 2 Philippians 2:14-16. It will be a fill in the blank so your options of Bible versions are limited to KJV or NIV.

Bible 9 & 10:

Memory verse quiz will be on Tuesday. 2 Philippians 2:14-16. It will be a fill in the blank so your options of Bible versions are limited to KJV or NIV. 

 Bible 11 & 12: 

Memory verse quiz will be on Tuesday. 2 Philippians 2:14-16. It will be a fill in the blank so your options of Bible versions are limited to KJV or NIV.

25% Of The Way There

Grade cards came back this week for the first 9 weeks which means we are 25 % done with the school year. Incredible!  You all make my job a lot of fun!  There have been some changes to the schedule so we are going to run with it to see how it rolls. Hey  February is nearly done! It's been a long short month. For some reason it always tends to be like that. I can't wait for some sunshine. Fat Eddies opened today, Friday the 22nd, so spring and summer are on the horizon! 😁 Science 9/10:   No homework this weekend. 😁 I think that the lab today was pretty fun in figuring out speed. Pre-Algebra: Homework is pg. 210 question #4. You are making a rectangle graph. Please be sure to use a ruler and give specific lengths for showing the size of each portion. Also, be sure to label the graph. A graph tells information, you cannot just draw a box and put numbers in. You have to display information so that someone could ask you a question and you would be able to answer it according to the listed info. WV History: Congrats! Y'all did the Golden Horseshoe! National Lemon Chiffon Cake Day

Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing well! We are in the final stretch of the school year! Only a little bit more until spring break and then shortly after that, we will be done with school. So close! Science 9/10: HW = pg. 286 Chapter 12.1 Review. Questions 1-5 Pre-Algebra: No HW. We will touch up on some of the business/money stuff and then move onto Geometry. Hooray!
