2-22!

Hey  February is nearly done! It's been a long short month. For some reason it always tends to be like that. I can't wait for some sunshine. Fat Eddies opened today, Friday the 22nd, so spring and summer are on the horizon! 😁 Science 9/10:   No homework this weekend. 😁 I think that the lab today was pretty fun in figuring out speed. Pre-Algebra: Homework is pg. 210 question #4. You are making a rectangle graph. Please be sure to use a ruler and give specific lengths for showing the size of each portion. Also, be sure to label the graph. A graph tells information, you cannot just draw a box and put numbers in. You have to display information so that someone could ask you a question and you would be able to answer it according to the listed info. WV History: Congrats! Y'all did the Golden Horseshoe! Whoohoo! I really do hope you guys made some effort. I know you may have felt unprepared, since the test covers a wide variety of history over quite a few years. Homew

Valentine's week

Hey! Hope you all enjoyed the week this week! It was a little crazy sometimes but I was glad to get back to normal classes that were not interrupted by homecoming stuff, even though homecoming was great. It was good to feel productive!   Science 9/10: HW this weekend is to study for Quiz 23 which we will take on Monday . Pre-Algebra:  HW this weekend is to answer ODD #'d problems on pages 188-189. You should do 1-27 (ODD numbers.) Hopefully some of you heeded my advice and worked on them while in study hall today. WV History:  No HW. Monday, we will be in the lab to work on a couple things but especially to go through quizzes for the Golden Horseshoe which is on TUESDAY ! You can continue to use the practice test and or you can use the quick quizzes on the wvculture.org website. If you need me to send you your username and password, let me know. The best thing to do would be to use the Quick Quizzes though. I know there are a lot of them but going through them doesn'

We will be starting Chapter 10 on Monday.  Pre-Algebra:  No homework this weekend. Enjoy!  WV History:  No homework: We'll finish up with chapter 12 this next week and keep working on some quizzes for the Golden Horseshoe test. I really do think that some of you did a great job on the essay! Algebra 1:  Homework= Finish Test 4. It is open book on chapter 4 so be sure to use the book and examples if you can't remember how to work a problem.  Science 7/8:  Read pages 213-215. It's about carnivores so some of them are pretty cool to read about.  Also, be ready on Monday to present your information about your mammal. We will do that as soon as we start on Monday. Remember, I don't want you reading directly from the paper... You can have notes but I want you to
