February is nearly done! It's been a long short month. For some reason it always tends to be like that. I can't wait for some sunshine. Fat Eddies opened today, Friday the 22nd, so spring and summer are on the horizon! 😁
Science 9/10:
No homework this weekend. 😁 I think that the lab today was pretty fun in figuring out speed.
Pre-Algebra:
Homework is pg. 210 question #4. You are making a rectangle graph. Please be sure to use a ruler and give specific lengths for showing the size of each portion. Also, be sure to label the graph. A graph tells information, you cannot just draw a box and put numbers in. You have to display information so that someone could ask you a question and you would be able to answer it according to the listed info.
WV History:
Congrats! Y'all did the Golden Horseshoe! Whoohoo! I really do hope you guys made some effort. I know you may have felt unprepared, since the test covers a wide variety of history over quite a few years.
Homework: Be prepared on Monday to take the county quiz for week 11. For those that need to catch up for week 10, come prepared to do both! It's the last of them guys!

Algebra 1:
Homework: Complete the following questions: pg. 181 Practice 6.2 (9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.) Turn this page in on Monday. You guys should have at least finished 9, 11, 13 in class but hopefully you farther along. Be sure to combine like terms and beware of the SIGN of each term. If the signs are the same, KEEP the sign and add the numbers. If the signs are different, find the DIFFERENCE of the numbers, and take the sign of the number with the greater absolute value. And lastly, an "unsigned" number has the unspoken value of a positive number. (ex. 4 = +4, 4x = +4x)
Science 7/8:
If you like to get ahead in work, we will be taking Quiz 20 on Tuesday. Also, any makeup work needs to be done by Monday.
Health 11/12:
Please be sure to keep up your work in your pace.
Expressive Worship:
We are "performing" for the senior celebration on Saturday the 23rd. Please be there by 1 PM for the middle school boys game because we will be doing the Church Clap or the Happy Dance (the dance of Cotton Eyed Joe to the song Happy Dance by MercyMe). Not sure which song we'll do during which half time but it will be the middle school boys half time and the varsity girls half time. I don't think we'll be able to do the Coat of Arms due to some girls being sick today and I'm not certain if they'll be well enough tomorrow. If everyone can be there, we can do it but if not, we'll just do the other ones.
Choir:
We will not be singing during this next week's chapel.
